1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Provefly, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Provefly provides identity verification, media search, and forensic analysis tools. Our services are intended for personal protection, anti-catfishing, and fraud prevention purposes only.

3. User Obligations and Legal Use

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.
  • You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes.
  • You must have the legal right or consent to upload any media or information for analysis.
  • You are strictly prohibited from using the service to harass, stalk, or harm any individual.
  • Unauthorized investigation of government officials or protected persons is strictly prohibited.

4. File Handling and Forensic Analysis

When you upload a file for forensic analysis (ELA, Metadata extraction, etc.), you grant Provefly a temporary license to process the file solely for the purpose of generating your report.

  • Automatic Purge: All uploaded files and generated reports are automatically and permanently deleted from our primary servers 30 days after processing.
  • Metadata Extraction: You acknowledge that our system extracts technical metadata (EXIF, GPS, device info) to determine the authenticity of media.
  • AI Attribution: Our analysis may indicate AI generation; however, these results are probabilistic and provided "as-is".

5. Subscription and Payment

Access to certain features requires a subscription. All payments are processed through secure third-party providers (Stripe/Flutterwave). Cancellation policies are clearly detailed in your account dashboard.

6. Disclaimer of Liability

Provefly is a protection tool and provides information for informational purposes. We do not guarantee the accuracy of verification results and are not responsible for any actions taken based on the information provided.

IMPORTANT: Provefly is NOT a recovery service. We do not recover funds lost to scams. Any individual or service claiming otherwise using our name is fraudulent.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, specifically those engaged in stalking, harassment, or unauthorized data scraping.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
