1. Subscription Plans
Provefly offers various subscription plans for its identity verification and forensic services. By subscribing, you agree to the billing cycle and pricing associated with your chosen plan.
2. 7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We want you to be satisfied with our security tools. If you are unhappy with the service within the first 7 days of your initial subscription, you may request a full refund, provided that you have not exceeded 3 verification scans or forensic reports.
3. Non-Refundable Items
- Renewals: Recurring subscription payments are generally non-refundable unless required by law.
- Usage-Based Fees: Any one-time forensic analysis fees or credits already consumed are non-refundable.
- Fraudulent Claims: We do not offer refunds to users who have violated our Terms of Service (e.g., stalking or unauthorized surveillance).
4. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds will be given for the remaining time.
5. "Not a Recovery Service" Disclaimer
IMPORTANT: Refunds will not be issued on the basis that Provefly did not "recover" lost funds. As stated in our Legal Disclaimer, we are a prevention and verification tool, not a financial recovery service.
6. Processing Refunds
To request a refund, please email billing@provefly.cloud with your account details and reasoning. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
